Strength

Our strength class is a slower paced lifting class. It’s designed to help get stronger week to week.
Functional Training
Functional training is a great full body class. It’s a mixture between strength training, cardio and endurance. The workouts are always fun and unique.
Cardio
Cardio is our high energy conditioning class. It’s a great way to keep your heart rate elevated, burning those extra calories, while having a lot of fun.
